Aloysius is a minor character who first appeared in Tom and Jerry short, Heavenly Puss. He also makes an appearance in Tom and Jerry: A Nutcracker Tale.

Aloysius is a large cat whose appearance resembles that of Topsy except he is large and more grown.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Aloysius' personality in the original short. In the film, he appears to be gluttonous where he is seen eating food whenever he comes across.

Aloysius plays a minor role in his appearances in classic Tom and Jerry. He first and only appeared in Heavenly Puss. Aloysius was seen in heaven queuing up behind Frankie and Butch as Gatekeeper Cooper lets them both through to board the Heavenly Express train. He got ran over by a steamroller which made his body flat and once the other cats were accepted, Aloysius was allowed to go abord too.

Aloysius makes an return in Tom and Jerry: A Nutcracker Tale appearing as an member of King of Cats' Army and a supporting antagonist. He is the gluttonous of the Cat Guards, he was tasked with bringing the cannon during the guards' mission to defeat Jerry and appeared to enjoy eating a drumstick. He was the third most prominent Cat Guard, after Tom and Butch.
