Andrea Eva Libman (born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on July 19, 1984) is a Canadian actress. She is best known for the voice of Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Sweetie Drops in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Equestria Girls and Pony Life. She's also the voice of Cylindria in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, X-23 in X-Men: Evolution, M.J. Sloan in Vor-Tech: Undercover Conversion Squad, young AndrAIa in ReBoot and Beatrice in Transformers: EarthSpark.
She voices Toodles Galore in Tom and Jerry Tales.
