April Winchell Foley (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, writer, talk radio host, commentator, voice artist, and comedienne. Winchell is the daughter of Paul Winchell. She voiced the Mermaid in the Tom & Jerry Kids episode "High Seas Hijinks".
