Bertram is short-haired green parrot with yellow beak.
Personality
He has joy in insulting objects and others around him. the list of his victims consists of Tom, Spike, the owner, his wife and other dogs appearing in the episode. He tricks everyone into think Tom says the words that Bertram is saying, despite everyone knowing he can't talk. Despite his attitude, Bertram became friends with Jerry.
