The Body-Slammers (also called Body-Snatchers) are a hostile species of aliens that are capable of shapeshifting into anything they saw and zapping electricity from their fingers. During the Tom and Jerry Tales episode Invasion of the Body Slammers, a Body Slammer came in a ship disguised as a comet. It was later revealed that the ship's true form is a green blob. Jerry was the first to see it and the dopplegänger took his shape. It terrified Tom and eventually scared Jerry away too.
