Brad Abrell is an American actor who is best known for his role as Mannix in the Men in Black trilogy. He is also known for voicing Bubble Buddy in SpongeBob SquarePants, Mr. Chomp in Doc McStuffins, Agent Trigger in Gravity Falls, and Frank in Hotel Transylvania: Transformania.
Abrell narrated The Tom and Jerry Show episodes "Battle of the Butlers", "Mice Fair Ladies", and "Camelot Cat", as well as voicing characters such as Bruno (in the episode "Ball of Fame"), Rick's Dad, Plucky, and Morgan the Miserable.
