The Captain is a character from The Tom and Jerry Show (1975) who appeared in Cruise Kitty and later makes a cameo appearance in The Great Motorboat Race.

After the captain gives Spike a whistle if he see a stowaway, but later regrets when the captain gets annoyed with Spike blows the whistle every time. He is shown to be calm instead of yelling at Spike, he calmly takes Spike to cruise jail.
