Cat in the Fiddle is the ninth episode of The Tom and Jerry Comedy Show.

Synopsis[]

Tom plays a violin, but Jerry tries to stop Tom due to his cacophonic tunes and they trash the orchestra.

Plot[]

In the concert of Muzichmeister Hall, Germany, The musicians were playing and practicing with their instruments. As Tom appears from the curtain while he pretended to playing his instruments. Then he bows himself. However when the conductor tell the musicians to end the rehearsal and the musicians back in the concert in three hours. So one of the musician put the violin away and when they left, Two Men locks the stage entrance door. As Tom spotted the violin he swings over and grab at violin and bow, crashes into the electrical voltage and gets electrocuted. Tom pull the lever down causing the bag fall onto the stage. Under the plate Jerry is sleeping and stretching himself awake and fall asleep. Tom pull another lever down causing the spotlight turn on. Then Tom sees the turntable. He proceeds to playing a music on the turntable. Suddenly Jerry wake up and see the concert. As Tom starts to playing the violin until Jerry covers his ears then he tosses a tomato and a pumpkin at him Tom ducks down while Jerry throw the watermelon at the turntable causing the mash watermelon to stop the music. Tom looks up to see Jerry. Then Jerry swings over as Tom put the violin and bow on its chair but Jerry let go of the rope as Tom tries to catch Jerry but Jerry lands onto the lever causing the bag falls until Tom protects the violin and bow to break but the bag lands onto Tom head as the bag jump off headless Tom and Jerry lands onto Headless Tom. Suddenly Tom head pop up but Jerry lands onto the drums. Tom takes the xylophone stick and play the drum causing Jerry lands onto another drum and jumps off and lands onto xylophone but Jerry looks at Tom and dashes off. Tom is playing xylophone then he is using the xylophone stick to hit Jerry and he land onto the Drum. Tom uses the drumsticks to play the drum but Jerry tries to run away from Tom as Jerry jumps onto the drum while Tom playing the drum as Jerry jumps off the drum and reach the rope causing the bags falls onto Tom. Then he comes out from the bag. Jerry is walking onto the curtains like a tightrope. Tom climbs up the ladder and see Jerry but he pull the rope causing the curtains to fall but Tom manage to stop the curtain falling onto the violin until Jerry swings over and takes the violin as Tom lift the curtains up and kicks the chair causing the curtain falls onto Tom Tail and he scream in pain. Then Tom pulls his tail from the curtain and crashes into some boxes causing the tuba on Tom head. Then he pull the Tuba out of Tom Head and see Jerry playing the Violin causing the tuba lands onto Tom Head. Jerry adjust the violin peg to bend the violin until Tom takes the violin and adjust the violin peg as the violin form it shape back. Tom looks at Jerry pulling all the lever down until Jerry dashes off but Tom into the electrical voltage. Suddenly the bags fall onto the harp causing the harp breaks into pieces. Then the curtain falls onto the stage. Tom climbs up the ladder and see Jerry but Tom looks at the curtains falls onto the chairs causing the instruments jump off then the curtains fall onto the stage as Tom look shock causing the bag swings through the drum. Then all the spotlights falls onto the stage. Tom looks at the mess but he saw the tape as Tom looks the clock, and that there's only five minutes left until Musician returns. He then remembers he still has to fix the instruments with tape. Then he put the violin on table. Just then Two Men unlocks the stage entrance door. Outside of the concert of Muzichmeister Hall, Germany all of the people gather outside. As soon the concert is going to start. The conductor ask the musicians to start playing with their instruments causing the tape come out from the trumpet and breaks and the cello breaks causing the chair wobbles three of the musicians falls off and curtains fall onto the stage and the bag swings through the drum again and all the spotlights falls onto the stage. Suddenly Tom dashes off the stage entrance. At the stage, the Conductor emerges from the broken instruments causing the baton breaks. Jerry applause to himself as he yawns, winks to the screen and fall asleep which iris out as the episode ends.
