He is large hound dog with three heads has brown fur, white underbelly, chest and paws.

Cerebrus is portrayed as a viscous, fearsome creature, with sharp teeth and powerful paws, making him a formidable opponent for any challenger. But he does a soft spot for his owner which he is loyal protective creature, who is fiercely devoted to his masters.
