Cesar is a character who appears in Tom and Jerry in New York episode Cat Hair. He is Mrs. Vandarkashian's pet cat.

Physical Description[]
Being a typical specimen of his breed, Cesar has no fur. Just like real-life Sphnix cats, he has pink flesh with darker parts inside ears and reddish tone on his nose. His light blue eyes with aqua pupils are quite big for a Tom & Jerry character. His only attire is composed of teal collar with yellow details.
Lack of fur is disturbing Cesar badly, for he shakes of cold throughout the episode.
Mrs. Vandarkashian owns Cesar because he lacks furs which is the reason for her own him since she is is allerigic to fur.
Personality[]
Cesar does not show much in his premiere episode, for he basically sticks either to his owner, or to Tom. He doesn't interact with the environment, even when exposed to water and cut Tom's fur.

- Cesar is the second Sphinx Cat to appear in the Tom and Jerry series with the first being Sphinx Cat from Tomb It May Concern.
