Charlotte is a mouse who is introduced in Tom and Jerry Time.
She is a friend of Tom and Jerry, and since the two do not talk, Charlotte is the series' narrator who teaches Tom and the audience.

Physical appearance[]
Charlotte has tan fur, and a swirly tuft on her head (perhaps to signify she is a girl).
Personality[]
Charlotte is smart, helpful, friendly, caring and supportive, she likes giving advises to Tom, as well as encouraging him to succeed.
Charlotte may be giving criticisms, but she is rational, forgiving and kind while doing so. She also praises Tom when he does something right, and Jerry's ideas too.
This mouse notices everything, makes correct guesses and can come up with plans that are effective, even if not not all of them are perfect.
She is also good at dancing.
Charlotte's favorite pastime is picnic, while her favorite animal is a cat, specifically, Tom.
