Daniel Ross in an American actor who is best known for voicing Donald Duck in Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures and Lucky the Leprechaun for Lucky Charms Cereal.
He voices Rutger in The Tom and Jerry Show (where he also voices other characters such as Dave, Fritz, Zombie Cats, JubJub, Scarecrow, and Santa Claus (in the episode "The Three Little Mice")) and Tom and Jerry in New York (where he also voices Jimmy).
