Patrol Officer is a minor character in Tom and Jerry: The Movie. He is a patrolman who found Robyn Starling in the streets. He is voiced by Tino Insana.

Tom and Jerry: The Movie[]
The Patrol Officer first appears comforting Aunt Figg after Robyn Starling ran away. However unknown to him as he was about to look for her, Figg reverts to her cold money hungry self as soon as he is out of her sight. He finally finds Robyn with Tom and Jerry whom she met at the bridge. He takes her back to Aunt Figg and explains to her that she is safe and sound and was under the bridge. The Patrol Officer is not seen afterwards after Aunt Figg yells at him and slamming the door on his face, it presumed that he returned to his duty and later learned of Aunt Figg's true colors, upon learning from Robyn's father whom has her, Lickboot and Ferdinand arrested for their crimes against his daughter, Tom, Jerry and the destruction of Robyn's Nest.
