Film Roman, LLC, is an American animation studio currently based in Woodland Hills, California and formerly in Burbank. It was previously owned by Starz Inc., which is now a division of Lionsgate, and currently by Waterman Entertainment, the production company of producer Steve Waterman.

Founded by veteran animator and director Phil Roman on October 26, 1984, it is best known for providing animation for the Garfield primetime specials, based on Jim Davis' comic strip of the same name and the long running TV series on CBS, Garfield and Friends, also based on the comic strip. The studio also produced the animated series The Simpsons, The Critic, King of the Hill, Family Guy, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, The Goode Family, Dan Vs., The Mask: The Animated Series, The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, Klutter!, Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm, Bobby's World, Mission Hill, The Oblongs, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, X-Men: Evolution, Tripping the Rift, Slacker Cats, The Super Hero Squad Show, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Ultimate Spider-Man, Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.SH. and Beavis and Butt-Head (Season 8 only).

Film Roman is one of the production companies involved in making Tom and Jerry: The Movie, with Phil Roman as the director and producer. The 1989-1998 Film Roman logo is briefly shown in the movie as a billboard in the "What Do We Care?" scene where Tom trying to escape from a group of alley cats.
