Flashipus is a character who appeared in Tom & Jerry Kids Show episode Rootin' Tootin' Slowpoke. He is a Desperado Gato who takes over a mouse inhabited town called Gower Gulch. He drives every mice from the town for himself. He is faced against Slowpoke Antonio of the town.
