Frankenstein is a recurring character who appears in the Tom and Jerry Kids episodes, "McWolfenstein," and "McWolfenstein Returns." He is voiced by Frank Welker.

Frankenstein comes to the Monster Convention dressed as mummy. He tries to ring for the Hunchback Bell Boy, who wasn't avaliable in the service due to Van Helsing using his equipment to tie him high up in the air, and constantly rings the bell for service. His costume gets ruined due to Tom and Jerry's antics, with the latter using his mummy wraps to trip Tom down to the basement. Subsequently, he decides to leave to convention, thinking that he'll never win the costume contest.
He is seen later trying to work his car that has a bad battery, as Tom, transformed into a werecat, uses it in an attempt to escape Van Helsing. He tells the Tom the battery is jammed, but Tom uses his bolts to power the vehicle, leaving Frankenstein behind.
