Not to be confused with the rat with the same name who appeared in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014).
Frankie is a cat who first and only appeared in Heavenly Puss. In this cartoon, he was killed. Frankie got struck in the head by a flatiron while caterwauling in a backyard fence. Frankie was seen in heaven waiting in a queue as Gatekeeper Cooper lets Butch (who was already in front) through to board the Heavenly Express train. Cooper then called Frankie's cause of death, and lets him pass to board the train too followed by Aloysius.

Frankie is a brown cat who somewhat resembles Meathead. He is a slim, thin with white underbelly wearing a top head.
Personality[]
Nothing much to known about Frankie's personality but by his body signals he appears to be a dimwitted but good natured cat. He has an interest in caterwauling on a fence.
