Gary Owens (born Gary Bernard Altman; May 10, 1934 – February 12, 2015) was an American disc jockey, voice actor, announcer and radio personality. His best known animation roles are the Hanna-Barbera superheroes Space Ghost in the series of the same name and Blue Falcon in Dynomutt, Dog Wonder. He also voiced the title character of Roger Ramjet and a Cylon nicknamed "Cy" in the Galactica 1980 episode "The Return of Starbuck".
Owens was the narrator, among other voiceover roles, in Tom & Jerry Kids Show.
