Green Crab is a mean, spiteful, and rude crab that attacked Tom and Jerry during the episode Salt Water Tabby. He is more dangerous to Jerry than to Tom because he is bigger than Jerry. He used his claws to pinch Tom's tail, snap at Jerry, Tom's rear, to cut a hole out of Tom's swimming suit and to take a bottle cap off Jerry's head. In Muscle Beach Tom, the crab is red instead of green, the crab is seen scared of a crab form Tom. Tom uses the crab to pinch Butch. The crab stayed red again in Flamenco Fiasco and Tom and Jerry: Spy Quest. As a main serving, He pinches Tom's finger, does a dance and snaps his claws at him. The crab punches Tom's nose and paws.
The crab is also seen in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014) episode Pipeline where it steals Ginger's wedding ring, pinches both Tom and Spike but Jerry fights him a seashell and stick and hooks it off his claws. After Tom and Spike get swallowed by Mobey Dick, they use the crab to pinch its Uvala and the whale coughs them all up. The Crab flies in the seagull who fighting over the ring with Jerry. In Life's a Beach, while Tom was chasing Jerry around the beach, the crab was attachment to his left and right feet, finger and tail as the cat got out of the sand but then Tom scares it away with a bottle opener.
He returns in the Tom and Jerry in New York episodes Top of the Heap and Year of the Mouse, during the Chinese new year parade.
