Harold John Smith (August 24, 1916 – January 28, 1994) was an American actor and voice actor. He is best known for portraying Otis Campbell on The Andy Griffith Show. He was the voice of Owl in Disney's Winnie the Pooh, Flintheart Glomgold and Gyro Gearloose in the original Ducktales series, and Tex Hardrock in The Flintstones.
Smith provided the voice of Black Barney in The Tom and Jerry Show (1975) episode "An Ill Wind" and additional voices in Tom & Jerry Kids Show.
