Jack Carr (May 17, 1906 - February 2, 1967) was an American animator and voice actor. He had a stint with Warner Bros. Cartoons in the mid-1930s, where he voiced the character Buddy and animated some of the cartoon shorts from the studio.

Carr is credited with naming the cartoon characters Tom and Jerry when Hanna-Barbera had a naming contest amongst the staff; Carr won the $25 prize The Art of Hanna-Barbera: Fifty Years of Creativity, Ted Sennett. William Hanna and Joseph Barbera were said to have been unhappy to have their characters named after a popular drink of the time.
