Jazwares, LLC is a multinational toy company found by Judd Zebersky in 1997. It is a subsidiary of Alleghany Corporation, which is owned by American multinational conglomerate holding company Berkshire Hathaway.
Jazwares made collectable action figures based on Hanna-Barbera characters, including Tom and Jerry, in 2012.
