Jim Cummings

James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor. Best known as the voices of Tazmanian Devil, Darkwing Duck, Ed, Winnie-the-Pooh, Tigger, Kaa, Colonel Hathi, Don Karnage, Lidong, Pete from the Mickey Mouse media and some characters in DuckTales' original and reboot. For Tom and Jerry, he does the voices of Mandible Mangler, Captain Redbeard, Rotgut, Dwayne the Dragon, Tundo and P.T. Pompbottom in Tom & Jerry Kids Show, Butch Dog in Tom and Jerry: The Magic Ring, and Kaldorf and Seller in Tom and Jerry: The Lost Dragon.
