John Rhys-Davies (born May 5,1944) is a Welsh actor and voice actor. He provide the voice of Dr. Watson in Tom and Jerry Meet Sherlock Holmes. He is also known for voicing Mr. Narrator in Boo to You Too! Winnie the Pooh.
