Catherine Davis "Kate" Higgins (born on May 11, 1981) is an American voice actress, singer and jazz pianist who voices Kate, Stinky, Lilly in the Alpha and Omega film sequels and Miles "Tails" Prower in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series. She also voiced Mrs. Bucket in Tom and Jerry: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
