Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress, best known for voicing Phil and Lil in Rugrats, Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh Media, Ray Ray in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Fifi La Fume and Li'l Sneezer in Tiny Toon Adventures, Kitty Pryde on Pryde of the X-Men, Princess Sally Acorn and N.I.C.O.L.E. on Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM), Janine Melnitz on The Real Ghostbusters, Tillie in the 1991 film The Little Engine That Could and Lola Bunny in some Looney Tunes projects.
She currently voices Tuffy in the Tom and Jerry franchise. She also voiced the caged dogs in Tom and Jerry: The Movie and additional voices in Tom & Jerry Kids Show.
