Laraine Newman (born March 2, 1952) is an American comedienne, actress, voice artist, and writer, and was part of the original SNL castis. She is also known for voicing Grandma Plankton in SpongeBob SquarePants.

She voices Miss Almira Gulch/The Wicked Witch of the West in Tom and Jerry & The Wizard of Oz, The Elf Elder's Wife in Tom and Jerry: The Lost Dragon, and Mrs. LePage in Tom and Jerry: Snowman's Land.
