Laraine Newman (born March 2, 1952) is an American comedienne, actress, voice artist, and writer, and was part of the original SNL castis. She voices Miss Almira Gulch/The Wicked Witch of the West in Tom and Jerry & The Wizard of Oz and The Elf Elder's Wife in Tom and Jerry: The Lost Dragon. She is also known for voicing Grandma Plankton in SpongeBob SquarePants.
