Line's poster in Tom and Jerry: Chase.
Line (also known as the Stick Figure Mouse) is a living chalk drawn stick figure appearing in Designs on Jerry.
While Tom sleeps, the stick figure mouse suddenly comes to life, abseils down the drawing board, and enters Jerry's mouse hole to warn him about Tom's diabolical plan of the efficient mousetrap that he is going use to finally kill him and soon would doomed every mouse to extinction. Never having seen such a thing before, Jerry is skeptical and refuses to follow the stick mouse. When he is woken up again, stick mouse makes the decision for him, dragging Jerry to the drawing board and blueprint. Then mice encounter the stick cat who also came to life and reveals himself to them. Jerry gives the eraser to the stick mouse who erasers the stick cat's teeth out and they both run away. Unfortunately the cat grabs a paint brush, draws a bigger set of teeth and chases after the mice. The stick mouse draws a mousehole for Jerry who runs inside safely but The stick cat holds him by the tail unravelling him and Jerry erases the upper parts of the cat's legs with the eraser, draws smaller feet with the pen and causes the cat to fall down. While chasing after Jerry, the cat finally discovers his legs are shorten out meaning he can't run as fast as before. So the cat uses his tail and lassos Jerry by the foot. However, the stick mouse draws a bow and arrow and fires it at the stick cat, who pulls the arrow out of his rear and promptly deflates his own torso and blinks. The stick mouse camouflages himself as one of the flowers in a flowerpot on the blueprint; the cat suspects nothing. While the stick cat turned the other way, the stick mouse ladles the stick cat with a fork as one would do to spaghetti, then runs away as he unravels himself. Both mice jump off the drawing board, with the stick mouse acting as a parachute, while the stick cat jumps down and bounces akin to a pogo stick until he reforms his body with his short legs grown long again. The stick mouse uses a seltzer bottle to melt the evil feline doodle. About emerging, Jerry sucked the stick cat into a pen and send him back to white inkwell. The two mice shake hands, but soon hear Tom yawning about to wake up so they quickly alter a key measurement on the blueprint, and both mice narrowly return to their original positions before Tom sees them.
In Tom and Jerry Chase, he originally appeared as a cameo in one the game's trailer. As in August 2024, he became a playable character in the CN server. In the game, the mouse is given the name "Line".
Personality[]
The Stick Figure Mouse is considerate of every mouse, especially Jerry's life and safety. He finds Tom's plans for the efficient mousetrap to be evil because it would doomed every mouse to extinction and must be sabotaged and failed for every mouse's sake.
