McFarlane Toys is an American company founded by comic book creator Todd McFarlane (the creator of Spawn for his own comic book publishing company, Image) in 1994. The company makes highly detailed model action figures of characters from films, comics, popular music, video games and various sporting genres. The company, a subsidiary of Todd McFarlane Productions, Inc., is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.
On December 12, 2023 in Los Angeles, California, Hasbro and McFarlane Toys announced a multi-brand licensing deal to release Transformers, Power Rangers, G.I. Joe, and Dungeons and Dragons toys. The company will initiate the Transformers and G.I. Joe toylines with Page Punchers, each including a full comic book and two figurines. The deal will begin around early 2024.
McFarlane Toys made collectable action figures based on Hanna-Barbera characters, including Tom and Jerry, in 2006.
