McLochjaw is a character who appeared in Tom and Jerry Kids episode The Ghost of Castle McLochjaw. McLochjaw is a ghost dog who haunts the castle in Scotland. His ghost is trapped in the castle until anybody can stay in until midnight. Once midnight he would be free. He befriends Jerry and asks him to stay inside the castle till midnight. He does the mouse a favor in returm by protecting him from Tom. He gives Jerry to the pipes so he can appear when Jerry is in danger with Tom (similar to Spike in The Bodyguard or Fit To Be Tied).
