"Mechanical Failure" is the forty-second episode of The Tom and Jerry Comedy Show.
Synopsis[]
Plot[]
The episode begin with Jerry is making a tall of sandwiches for his breakfast when Tom suddenly appeared behind of Jerry, wanting to get his snack. Tom then trying steal Jerry's sandwiches which become tug of war between Tom and Jerry with his sandwiches that causes the sandwiches flying into Tom's head, making him look like duck. Tom then shocked that Jerry had escaped, infuriating him that he charged to chase Jerry until they're stopping upon near Tom's owner who bought the robot maid. Tom's owner tell the robot maid to clean entire the house until he will return as he leave. The robot maid used one of her hand to create dust remover and swiped nicely on Jerry, who thanks her for cleaning him nicely but except Tom who ends up violently sneezing due the dust fly all over him. Then Jerry start playing any buttons on robot maid's head, not realizing that the robot maid had accidentally drop the lampshade, breaking it into pieces. Jerry then use button to make robot maid used her one hand to suck the lampshade like the vacuum cleaner. Tom tried run away from robot maid after she sucking the lampshade but she accidentally knock the garbage bin, sending it to fly and ended on Tom's head. Jerry decided to mischievous trick with using his robot maid by putting tom in the garbage bin in the upside down and covering him with the trashes, angered him so much that he throw all the trashs out of house. Tom then start to chase Jerry but he used his robot maid to escape from Tom until Jerry felled into the vase. The robot maid then taken tree plant that she knocked it, put it into the vase as Jerry hides it. Jerry then saw Tom walking in tip toe mannered as he walked to the plant vase and he removed tree from that vase and searched for Jerry. The robot maid saw Tom had messing the tree again so she sucked that Tom using her one hand like a vacuum cleaner and places him on the vase on the outside.
While the robot maid is cleaning the trash in entire house, Tom has an idea to get that Jerry from the mouse hole using the robot maid. He pressed repeatedly button on robot maid's antenna to searched Jerry and she instantly created her radio wave antenna to detected Jerry where she found him from the mouse hole. So she used her hands to sucked Jerry from the mouse hole and surrender him to Tom. However, not only Jerry that robot maid caught him, the entire items from Jerry's mouse hole also caught it and causing Tom violently throw all the items from Jerry's mouse hole into out of the house while Jerry runaway for escaped. The entire of house has completely mess again since it caused by Tom who now completely dirty due the Jerry's items from mouse hole that robot maid gived it to him. It's up to robot maid start to cleaning the entire house once again with using Tom and Jerry as the helpers to help her cleaning the entire house as soon as possible. As the clock showed time from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the robot maid take her break time by enjoying sipping with her cup of coffee from her chest. While she enjoy her coffee, Tom spying walking to Jerry who tired after helping the robot maid and tell him to help to turning off to the robot maid's switch. Turning switch off caused the robot maid slowly move as she slowly said, “Officially over”, ending her job. When Jerry give Tom a thumb, he realized Tom has been tricked him and he run into mouse hole. Tom then prepare charge to chase Jerry one last time before he accidentally crashed into the robot maid, destroying her in apart. The destruction of the robot maid caused her antenna send alerting signal wave to another robot which is revealed to be one of the robot maid's husband named the Robot Husband. The robot husband then hear the alerting signal wave from the robot maid and shocked to seeing her being destroyed apart. He then glared at Tom, who just smirky at him, believing he is responsible for the destruction of the robot maid. He then summons more of him to started chasing, causing Tom start to running away in fear with the 3 robot husband chasing him. The episode ends as Tom keep running from the 3 robot husband through the road town.
