He is a brown rat, light brown underbelly, long tail and an orange tuft of hair on the head.
Bio[]
Melfred was a adult male rat that disguised himself as a ghost and set traps to scare Tom, Jerry and Tuffy out the mansion. Assumed the house was haunted, Tuffy and company believed that he was a ghost. Melfred's true intentions is that he wanted his family: his wife and kids to live in in the mansion.
His name is often misspelled by everyone to be "Milford" instead of "Milfred".
As the end, Tuffy shares the mansion with Melfred and is a part of the Melfred's family as he is adopted.
