Michael David Donovan (born June 12, 1953) is a Canadian voice actor and director known for his roles in animated media, such as Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Jay-Jay the Jet Plane, Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitsu, Lego Star Wars, 3-2-1 Penguins!, The Incredible Hulk (1996), Spider-Man Unlimited, X-Men: Evolution, G.I. Joe: Real American Hero (DiC season), Transformers: Cybertron, The Magician, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2002), ReBoot, Street Fighter: The Animated Series, Littlest Pet Shop (1995), Exosquad and Inuyasha. He voiced Spike and Topsy in Tom and Jerry Tales, as well as Droopy in the show's second season. He also provides voice direction for the show and Tom and Jerry: A Nutcracker Tale.
