He makes resembles to Butch. but he wear a hat, a bib, a monocle, a black hat and a bow tie. his cheeks is seen unlike Butch.

Personality

Mouser is seen as good buddies with Squint, he is also sneaky cat burglar as he robbed inside the house along with Squint, He sees Tom as a "fancy cat" from the big house on the hill (despite fact he looks and accessories fancier than Tom) he is also a little cautious as he asks Miss Kitty "what's the matter with the with Tom cat".
