Neil David Ross (born 31 December 1944) is an English-born American voice actor and announcer. Among his credentials are The Transformers, Voltron, G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Back to the Future II, Quiz Show, several Spider-Man animated series, the 1994 Iron Man series, Klasky-Csupo's Rugrats, Codename: Kids Next Door, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and the 2019 version of Press Your Luck.
Ross voices Marvin in Tom & Jerry Kids Show, Dr. Professor in Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry and Dr. Otto in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014).
