Newt is a supporting character who appears in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014). He often helps Tom and/or Jerry to get out of trouble. He is voiced by Rene Mujica.
Bio[]
Newt is normally seen locked in a cage in the witches' hut, although there have been a few exceptions, such as "Catitude Adjustment". Newt serves as the voice of reason between Tom and Jerry, and often helps them with situations.
He also speaks with a Spanish accent.
His cage was shown empty in "Growing Pains".

Newt has orange skin, yellow spots and long feet. He wears a black eye patch over his left eye (probably was removed for one of the witch sisters' spells that involved "Eye of Newt") and has a green right eye.
