Vance DeBar Colvig Sr. (September 11, 1892 – October 3, 1967), known professionally as Pinto Colvig, was an American voice actor, cartoonist, and circus and vaudeville performer whose schtick was playing the clarinet off-key while mugging.

He is best known as the original voice for Disney characters Goofy and Pluto in the classic shorts and he was the first Bozo the Clown. He was also the second of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

He provided the vocal effects for the Baby Seal and Tom's seal noises in Little Runaway. Outside of Tom and Jerry, he also provides the vocal effects in the Barney Bear shorts The Flying Bear and The Bear and the Beavers and voiced a number of Tex Avery shorts, including the Wolf's howls, Country Wolf in Little Rural Riding Hood, and Meathead Dog in The Screwy Truant.
