The Pirate Mother is the overarching antagonist in Tom and Jerry: Shiver Me Whiskers. She is the briefly-seen mother of Red Pirate Ron, Blue Pirate Bob and Barnacle Paul, making her first appearance after Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse wanted to know why Barnacle Paul and his brothers wanted to find the treasure of the Spanish Mane.

The mother was only seen in Barnacle Paul's flashback. She barges into the room the pirate brothers were viewing their map collection in when they start arguing. After she takes the maps away, the Pirate Mother bottles the maps in bottles and throws out into the sea. While his brothers spent their lives trying to find the maps, Paul managed to remember Yoho Island's location, which helped in his search for Don Diego Clippershears' fortune.
