Rachael Ann MacFarlane (born March 21, 1976) is an American voice actress and singer best known as the voice of character Hayley Smith on the animated television show American Dad!, which was created by her brother Seth MacFarlane. She voiced Hildie and Mummy in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014). And she voiced Toodles Galore in Tom and Jerry in New York.
