Rachael Ann MacFarlane (born March 21, 1976) is an American voice actress and singer best known as the voice of character Hayley Smith on the animated television show American Dad!, which was created by her brother Seth MacFarlane, as well as voicing Mindy and Eris in The Grim Adventures of Billy And Mandy and Numbuh 362 in Codename Kids Next Door. She voiced Hildie, Mummy, Duchess, Prancy van der Snoot, Bertie, Lady Lillian, Bo Peep, and others in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014). She also voices Toodles Galore (aka Toots), Gwennie, and Riva McDiva in Tom and Jerry in New York.
