The Real Estate Rat is a minor character who appeared in the Tom and Jerry (2021 film).
Role in the film[]
After Jerry relocate to New York City for a fresh start, he is helped finding a home by the Real Estate Rat who has shown homes that where not suited for Jerry, as the rat lasted showed him an abandon vehicle which he shows how to get in home is by climbing up a cord that he calls an elevator. He then shows Jerry that he called "beautiful" view of the home which left him disappointed by the actual view to being a messy looking car with only cockroach in sight. He then shows near a built-in stereo, where not to faraway a chalk print of where a rat or mouse died at, and it being very flammable with him even admitting it's not "beautiful" view but it the budget Jerry could afford. When reminded of that, Jerry disappears before the rat shows him the trunk leaving him behind as Jerry leaves vehicle and continues on finding a new home,

He is a fat grey rat with pink ear inside (two tufts of hair are inside each one), crooked whiskers and pink hands and feet. He has white chest fur and has yellow eyes. He has a purple nose.
