Richard Steven Horvitz (born July 29, 1966 in Los Angeles, California, USA) is an American actor and comedian, best known for his voice work in animation and video games. His voice credits include the original Alpha 5 on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo and Power Rangers Turbo, Daggett in The Angry Beavers, Zim in Invader Zim, Grey Matter and Sublimino in Ben 10, Rodney in Squirrel Boy, Razputin in Psychonauts, Psychonauts 2 and Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, Orthopox 13 in Destroy All Humans! and Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprob, the Zoni in Ratchet & Clank, Moxxie and his father, Crimson in Helluva Boss, Chaz, Joey, Morpheus, Rodney Spokes and Pablo (in "No Bus, No Fuss") on The Loud House and Kaos in Skylanders Series.
He did the voice of Catsby in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014) episode, The Great Catsby.
