Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is an American actor and singer who has voiced various characters in Tom & Jerry Kids, Irving in Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry, The Tin Man in Tom and Jerry & The Wizard of Oz and Tom and Jerry: Back to Oz, and Scarf the Dog in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014).
Paulsen is best known for voicing Raphael in the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series, Yakko Warner, Pinky, and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in Animaniacs and its 2020 revival, Strut, Rinkus and Thud in The Land Before Time, Bird Brain in T.U.F.F. Puppy, Chief in The Fox and the Hound 2, and Broocoli Overlord in The High Fructose of Annoying Orange. He also voiced Ten Cents and Zak in the unreleased US dub of Tugs, particularly in the only US dubbed episode "Sunshine".
