Scott McNeil (born September 15, 1962 in Australia) is a Canadian actor and voice actor. He currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He played Ace the Bat Hound, Dogbot, Ignatius and Pleek and Pleek on Krypto the Superdog and also he voices Uncle Pecos, the Polar Bear, the Security Rat, and the Record Store Owner on Tom and Jerry Tales. He has provided voices to many characters in animated shows, most notably ReBoot, Beast Wars: Transformers, Beast Machines, Transformers: Armada, Energon and Cybertron, Exosquad, Storm Hawks, Dragon Ball Z, Extreme Dinosaurs, Inuyasha, Ranma 1/2, Fullmetal Alchemist, X-Men: Evolution and Gundam Wing. He has done live action work as well.
