Stephen Stanton is a German-born American voice actor who currently voices Uncle Pecos and Muscles Mouse (as of The Tom and Jerry Show), as well as Lightning Cat (as of Tom and Jerry in New York). He provides the voices of various characters in The Tom and Jerry Show, such as Rick (beginning with Season 2), Frankie, Papa, Dixie Wolf, Junior, Barney Bear, Country Wolf, City Wolf, Heinrick, and Jerry's Devil, among many other characters. He also provided Quacker's opera tenor voice in the episode, Vocal Yokel. He also voices Armand the Concierge, Al the Shoe Shop Keeper, Rick Royce, Monty, and many other characters in Tom and Jerry in New York. Stanton also voices Virgil in Tom and Jerry: Cowboy Up and Doctor Doublevay in Tom and Jerry: Snowman's Land.
He is also involved in several Star Wars projects, mainly as the voice of Wilhuff Tarkin, as well as Admiral Raddus in Rogue One and Griff Halloran in Star Wars Resistance. Other voice roles include Sleepy in The 7D, Happy and Stinky Pete in several Disney-owned projects (most notably park attractions), Needleman, Smitty, George Sanderson, and Chuck in Monsters at Work, Pete Puma in Looney Tunes Cartoons, and King Tut in the 2022 film adaptation of Marmaduke.
He was born in Augsburg, Germany on August 22, 1961.

- Before he joined the voice cast in The Tom and Jerry Show, Stanton provided vocal effects for Tom Cat in the sketch comedy television series, Mad, where he was also the announcer for a Tom and Jerry-based parody, entitled "Tom and Jury".
- Stanton voices the largest number of characters in The Tom and Jerry Show out of any other voice actor who worked on the show.
