Stroehmann is a brand of bread. It was founded on April 1892 by German immigrant, Fredrick Gottfried "Fred" Stroehmann. It is currently owned by Bimbo Bakeries USA, the American corporate arm of the Mexican multinational bakery product manufacturing company, Grupo Bimbo.

Stroehmann promoted bread end labels of MGM cartoon characters, such as Jerry Mouse, Jumbo the Elephant, Butch Dog (by his original name, "Spike"), Benny Burro, Baby Seal (named Sylvester), Barney Bear, and MGM's own mascot, Leo the Lion in the 1950's. The company also promoted a pin-back button of the duo.
