Tom and Jerry are excitedly performing in a marching band during the town's big parade. Meanwhile, the Mopey Maxie Mob, made up of Mopey Murray and his brother Maxie, rob the Very First International Bank which was closed for the parade, and disguise themselves as members of the marching band to make a clean get-away. Will Tom & Jerry thwart their devious plan?
