"The Declaration of Independunce" is an episode of Tom and Jerry Tales.

In Colonial America, Tom is sleeping but Jerry is at the bookshelf so he pull out one of the book and throw into Tom head causing Tom to wake up but more books throws onto him so Tom goes to Jerry and closes the book and he see Jerry flatten but Jerry kicks the book at him so Jerry is running while he is giggling. Suddenly Tom has the cup and Tom put the cup on him and goes to the table and take the Declaration of Independence and folds the Declaration of Independence into a paper airplane. Then he take the cup and shake it and stuffs Jerry into a paper airplane made out of the Declaration of Independence that Thomas Jefferson just wrote on July 4, 1776, and frantically tries to get it back before Thomas Jefferson kicks his tail but as usual, the mouse and Redcoat dog Spike make the task difficult for him.
