He is a fat captain red-light eyes, gray hair, big nose, black jacket, and a missing leg.
Personality
He is very against of a gaint whale called Dicky Moe. He kidnapped Tom Cat and force's him to work on his ship while he was busy trying to search for Dicky Moe.
